Machine Operator And Quality Control

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting machines while ensuring quality control in a food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings every morning and get assigned duties.
• Operate and troubleshoot machines efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Assist in batch mixing as needed.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Food manufacturing experience.
• Experience in machine operating or mixing/blending in a food setting.
• Ability to read and interpret English.
• A good personality and a positive attitude.
• Ability to wear all required PPE, including hair and beard nets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in production and inspection processes.

Work Environment

The position is based in Fairfield, OH, offering 2nd and 3rd shifts from Monday to Friday. The 2nd shift operates from 2pm to 10pm, and the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6am. The role requires wearing personal protective equipment, including hair and beard nets, and working in a food production facility where cleanliness and safety are prioritized.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
