At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. Those in people insights at PwC will focus on leveraging data and insights to help clients drive strategic decisions and improve employee performance and engagement. Working in this area, you will analyse client workforce data to identify trends, develop predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations for workforce decisions.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

- Uphold professional and technical standards
- Provide strategic insights based on HR data
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics, Public Policy Analysis, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management
- 2 years of experience
- Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Industrial Psychology preferred
- Knowledge in HR analytics and reporting engagements
- Certification in Oracle, Workday, or Success Factors preferred
- Managing positive client relationships
- Providing mentoring and coaching to project team members
- Experimenting with automation and digitization
- Exposure to pricing, client worth, and negotiation process
- Experience with project management and survey administration
- Analyzing results and creating reporting deliverables
