Workday Data Analyst - GA

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a dedicated Workday Data Analyst to join their team. As a Workday Data Analyst, you will be part of the HR and Reporting Department supporting the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Analyze reporting requirements to determine effective development methods, templates, and report design.
• Serve as a Workday Reporting expert with extensive knowledge of Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Absence & Time Tracking.
• Develop and maintain complex reports using Advanced and Matrix Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Prism Tables configuration.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL to support reporting and data visualization needs.
• Build and optimize Workday Dashboards and Worksheets to enhance reporting efficiency and clarity.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Report Writing and report development.
• Proficiency in Advanced, Matrix Custom Reports, and Calculated Fields within Workday.
• Experience with Prism Tables configuration and building complex calculated fields.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Workday Dashboards, Worksheets, and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI.
