Are you a hands-on wireless construction leader with AT&T New Site Build experience? We're looking for a Telecom Construction Manager to drive critical wireless infrastructure projects across Southern California. If managing schedules, budgets, safety, and field teams excites youand you thrive in fast-paced telecom environmentsthis could be your next challenge.

What You'll Do:

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage direct reports, matrix staff, vendors, and subcontractors on multiple sites.
• Coordinate power and utility setup, inspections, and permits to keep projects moving.
• Enforce safety programs and quality standards across all construction work.
• Interface with engineering teams, clients, and utility partners to solve challenges in real time.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years wireless construction experience (AT&T NSB a must).
• Strong power management experience, including utility coordination (PG&E, SCE).
• Proven experience managing GCs and job sites.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Flexibility for day, night, and potential weekend work as projects require.

Bonus Points For:

• Active OSHA-30 certification or higher.
• Experience with small cell, right-of-way, or fiber/telecom projects.
