A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a
Wireless Architect.
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location:Greenwood Village CO (Onsite)
AsaWireless Architect,you will:
Are you a visionary in wireless technology with a passion for innovation and engineering excellence? Join us as aWireless Architectand lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge wireless solutions across WiFi, mobile, and emerging technologies.
What You'll Do:
Lead wireless technology strategy and architecture across devices, access, transport, and backend systems.
Design and certify wireless infrastructure including Small Cells, Routers, Wireless APs, and Controllers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and enhance performance.
Drive innovation in next-gen wireless technologies (802.11ad/ay, UWB, Mesh).
Support initiatives in network security, virtualization, and public Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Develop tools for engineering design, testing, and certification.
Participate in RFPs/RFIs, vendor evaluations, and design/code reviews
The ideal candidate will have:
What We're Looking For:
12+ years of experience in wireless technology development and management.
Deep expertise in Wi-Fi, 4G-LTE, and familiarity with 5G.
Proven track record with major MSOs, Telcos, satellite operators, or wireless vendors in the U.S.
Strong understanding of CPE Wireless Gateway and Router designs.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results.
BSEE in Electrical/Computer Engineering (MBA preferred).
Bonus Points:
Experience with Spectrum Wi-Fi or similar public Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Hands-on with lab evaluations and field trials.
Passion for driving innovation and solving complex wireless challenges.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:$85-$90 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
