Wholesale Product Specialist

This exciting role involves collaborating closely with commercial paint customers to identify their needs and provide expert recommendations for Sherwin-Williams products. As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and promptly resolving any concerns to maintain high-quality standards in our products and store.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale customers.
• Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
• Retrieving and preparing products from our sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
• Restocking shelves and creating appealing product displays.
• Ensuring cleanliness of store equipment.
• Helping load and unload delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as required.
• Keeping assigned areas fully stocked and neatly presented.
• Remaining knowledgeable about available products and options to enhance sales.
• Following inventory control procedures diligently.
• Providing suggestions for improving sales processes and customer engagement.

Please note that this position still requires the individual to work at stores located within a 30-mile radius of store # , specifically at: 53 Teed Drive, Randolph, MA 02368.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work without the need for employment sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience in selling paints and related products.
• Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish.
