$95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Position Summary

The firm is seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Support Associate to join the Private Credit team in its Boston office. This role will play a key part in supporting fundraising and investor communications by developing materials, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain marketing and investor materials such as presentations, fund updates, and web content
• Draft commentary on fund performance, market trends, and investment strategy
• Collaborate with the global distribution team to support fundraising efforts and client engagement
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends
• Respond to investor and prospect inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate logistics and content for investor meetings and roadshows
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with strong academic performance
• 3-5+ years of experience in investment management, private credit, investment banking, or private equity
• Familiarity with credit strategies, particularly private credit, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and a solid understanding of financial statements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-directed work style
