Job Summary

Employee serves as a health coach working with individual employees to help them improve their lifestyles and make informed healthcare decisions. Staffs bio-metric screening sessions, conducts screening tests and documents results. Researches, plans, assigns, and delivers programming.

Education and Experience

• Requires health related degree, i.e. LPN, Health and Wellness Promotion or Exercise Science.

• A minimum of two years of healthcare programming is desired.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations

• Must have a current, active license in the state of Indiana. Membership in related organizations such as American College of Sports Medicine, Association for Worksite Health Promotion, National Wellness Association, Wellness Councils of America are preferred but not required.

• Must have valid drivers license
