Warehouse Worker

Join a dynamic team in a roll forming plant where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for picking orders, operating motorized pallet jacks, and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Operate motorized pallet jacks and RF scanners to select and transport products.
• Utilize tablets and warehouse management systems to manage inventory and order details.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Essential Skills

• Experience with electric pallet jacks.
• Proficiency in operating RF scanners and tablets.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience with various types of forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Computer skills, especially with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience as a picker, packer, and order selector is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, industrial, and large complex that is not climate controlled. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for overtime.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
