Qualifications:

• A genuine commitment to serving patients and families with compassion.
• Education: Master's degree in social work from an accredited school accepted by the Council of Social Work Education.
• Licensure: Current state license as a social worker.
• Experience: At least 2 years of clinical work experience, ideally within healthcare or hospice settings.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs, as well as support the weight of an average adult effectively.
