As a crucial member of our Distribution Center, you will play an essential role in ensuring our products are shipped, received, stocked, and ordered efficiently. With over 300,000 square feet of facility space and a continuous flow of merchandise, your contributions will help us maintain top performance, increasing accuracy and speed to support our stores and E-Commerce functions.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Accurately picking and packing orders using established practices.
Restocking picking bins with products from reserve storage.
Sorting, counting, and receiving all merchandise with attention to detail.
Safely moving products using powered material handling equipment and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Working with conveyors to build pallets for shipment.
Loading and unloading trucks efficiently.
Organizing warehouse storage to maximize space and accessibility.
Utilizing an RF scanner to manage daily tasks like picking, packing, receiving, and moving inventory.

Physical Requirements:

Safely lifting and moving boxes and products weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Standing, walking, kneeling, and performing tasks for extended periods during 8-10 hour shifts.
Maintaining focus on safety and communication in a team environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, 18 years of age or older, with:

Solid math skills for accurately handling inventory.
A high school diploma or GED (1+ year of related experience is preferred).
Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computer skills is a plus.
The ability to follow instructions swiftly, safely, and accurately.
