Our client, a leader in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the operations team supporting a dynamic group of associates.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p

What's the Job?

• Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity.
• Instruct associates in proper operational and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure adherence to all safety procedures.
• Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity.

What's Needed?

• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members.
