What You Will Do

• Receiving and Unloading:
  • Receive, prepare, put away, pick, sort, pack, and ship merchandise in a safe, productive, and accurate manner.
  • Operate various types of power equipment to perform tasks that meet quality accuracy and productivity expectations.
• Technology:
  • Key accurately and productively using PCs, hand-held computers, Radio frequency equipment or other such devices.
  • Ability to learn area-specific functions within multiple systems (Warehouse systems and proprietary systems).
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, sharing feedback, ideas, and concerns.
• Will be required to have the ability to perform the full scope of all positions within multiple areas of the facility, including but not limited to, Housekeeping, Store Delivery, CRC and BT (except Order Picker/Turret)
• Ability to assist in a variety of different tasks and perform special projects as assigned

Who You Are

• No Education or Experience Required
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing expectations and needs
• Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform

• This position requires constant moving, talking, hearing, lifting, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Reaching, including above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment. Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on the warehouse floor.

Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement:

Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances. In all circumstances, testing must be completed within 24 hours of notification.
