Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to support operations in our aviation parts warehouse. This temporary role is ideal for individuals with prior experience handling aviation or engine components and offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store aviation parts and engine components.

• Accurately input inventory data into the Quantum system using a computer.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.

• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure parts are properly labeled.

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking, packing, and handling aviation parts.

• Proficiency in using the Quantum inventory management system.

• Basic computer skills for data entry with attention to detail.

• Forklift and warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting, preferably with aviation or engine parts.

• Familiarity with Quantum inventory management system or similar platforms.

• Ability to lift up to (insert weight) and stand for extended periods.

• Military experience is highly valued and considered a plus.

Work Environment

The position is based in an air-conditioned warehouse with a schedule of either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, comprising four 10-hour days from 7 am to 5:30 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Riviera Beach, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
