Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd

Compensation: $21.73 - $23.10/hr

Principal Accountabilities:

• Execute repetitive and standardized assembly or packaging operations.
• Lift 60-pound frozen blocks of meat into a grinder.
• Fill hoppers to the correct amounts and monitor materials.
• Monitor machine functions at regular intervals.
• Pack finished products into boxes and bags.
• Label, weigh, and verify correct materials.
• Stack 10 - 40 pound boxes efficiently.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Promote and uphold a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (30-40 degrees Fahrenheit).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cargill.
• Knowledge of packing or grinding processes.
• Previous meat production experience.
• General production experience.
• Work history in the last 12 months.
