Vice President of Regional Marketing

The Vice President of Regional Marketing leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of gaming properties. This role ensures alignment with enterprise goals, optimizes marketing performance and reinvestment, and guides cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue. In addition, this role directly oversees the on-property marketing and entertainment teams who are responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing and entertainment strategy for the three Caesars Entertainment properties, Harrah's, Caesars, and Tropicana, located in Atlantic City.

Directly Supervises: Regional Director of Marketing, Regional Director of Marketing Communications, Regional Director of Entertainment, and Property Director of Marketing Atlantic City.

Key Job Functions

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned casino properties in collaboration with property leadership and Shared Services teams.
• Lead the creation of annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with gaming, hotel, and non-gaming revenue targets.
• Guide the development and execution of property marketing calendars, promotions, and events to drive visitation and profitability.
• Collaborate with central teams (brand, advertising, PR, digital, analytics) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign integration across all channels.
• Support entertainment, F&B, and retail marketing initiatives, including promotional planning and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor marketing spend and ROI, ensuring accountability and alignment with property goals.
• Ensure clear communication of marketing initiatives, updates, and corporate directives across all properties.
• Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across regional teams and properties.
• Mentor and develop on-site marketing leaders, supporting career growth and talent retention.
• Represent marketing at key property events and engage with high-value guests as needed.
• Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
• Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
• Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
• Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.

Education and/or Experience

• 3+ years of senior level marketing experience; deep understanding of finance and drivers of performance
• Bachelor's in marketing, business, operations management, finance, or related field, preferred

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
