In this role, you’ll provide clients with wealth management and financial planning advice and grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. Responsibilities
- Procure existing Schwab clients and provide wealth management and financial planning advice.
- Grow the practice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.
- Collaborate with a team of Schwab specialists and adhere to Schwab advice guidelines to help clients progress toward their goals.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
- Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as required during tenure
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to build strong relationships, engage and gain client trust, and deepen client relationships with a focused communication strategy
- Willingness to learn and leverage Schwab specialists, guidance, market knowledge, and action-inspiring skills to help clients achieve goals
- Open to managing wealth for clients across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning
- Ability to adapt to changing market and business conditions
- Passion for community engagement and discussing market conditions, investing principles, and long-term strategies
- Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience and pursue professional development in Wealth Management
