This position will prepare raw items for cooking, including slicing meat and cheese for the production line. It also involves combining mix items with cooked ingredients for salads (chicken salad, potato salad, etc).

Responsibilities include validating the quality and quantity of raw ingredients, ensuring production of all raw ingredients is cooked with no deviation from established guidelines, preparing mix items in accordance with the recipe, meeting pre-established production standards, operating equipment within parameters, and supporting kitchen production as directed by the Production Supervisor.

The role requires communication with the Production Supervisor and other team members.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in a food service or manufacturing environment with HACCP training, and the ability to read and write in English. The position also requires the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lift 50 pounds. Availability to work Monday through Friday between 5:00am and 5:00 pm, including Saturday work as needed, is required. The job involves various types of movement including sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing, crouching, crawling, reaching, twisting, bending, standing, and walking.
