Senior Fund Accountant / Fund Accounting Manager

Overview

Senior Fund Accountant / Fund Accounting Manager role responsible for fund accounting operations, reporting and coordination with external auditors and banks.

Responsibilities

• Produce investment reports
• Work with banks on cash management
• Perform valuations of underlying investments
• Coordinate with external auditors on efficient and accelerated financial statement preparation and issuance
• Help drive consistency in Private Funds GAAP reporting
• Continue to streamline and operationalize key audit and financial reporting processes
• Assist in the monitoring, assessing and implementation of new technical accounting guidelines
• Coordinate with the Fund Accounting Team on reporting and disclosure consistency when appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in fund accounting
• CPA is ideal but not required

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000, with anticipated bonus of up to 10%.
