Assistant Position At VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital

VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital is seeking an assistant to join our team on Saturday and Sunday. Our assistants are responsible for the technical duties, client communication and patient care related to their role and department. This position will work closely with the emergency team, but also may work in other departments as needed.

VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital has an exciting history. We were established in 1971, became a 24 hour hospital in 1974, and we aren't slowing down. • All tasks related to assisting technicians, doctors with the needs of the hospital and its patients.
• Think analytically through disease process and patient needs.
• Inspire and teach students and new associates.
• Ensure documentation is appropriate, thorough, and complete.
