The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for a Valet Parking Supervisor to join the team! Since 1955, the hotel has hosted memorable moments etched in history from dazzling red-carpet events to celebrity galas and we want you to be a part of the team who combines the excitement and entertainment of Hollywood with the prestige of Beverly Hills.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays. (Shift would mostly be 6pm-2am)

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $22.50 (plus tips) and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Union Position: This position is part of the Local Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing valet operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure all parking transactions are accurate, banks are balanced, deposits are correct and secured and discrepancies reported
• Maintain an inventory of operating supplies
• Monitor and maintain all parking equipment and report needed repairs
• Perform Valet Parking Attendant duties, as needed
• Interview, train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating team members
