The Customer Insights and Strategy (CIS) team is seeking a visionary Senior Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will spearhead innovation across multi-agent LLM systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and scalable AI architectures to power intelligent, context-aware applications across Walmart's enterprise. As a Senior Manager of AI within the Customer Insights and Strategy (CIS) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing success through strategic vision and cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll collaborate with Business Partners, Global Tech, and Product teams to unlock insights, build scalable AI tools, and shape the future of how Walmart connects with its customers.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: stock.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
