Practice Overview

• You'll join an established team of Physicians and nurse practitioners
• Nurse practitioner team includes 1 taking first call and 2 supporting clinic operations
• Surgical support includes 2 da Vinci robots and subspecialty case mix if desired
• General urology is the priority; 20+ OR cases per week are typical

Schedule

• Standard setup: 2 days clinic / 3 days OR, with flexible options such as block schedules or increased surgical volume
• 1 week of call per month
• Post-call days are off to support work-life balance
• Clinic volume averages 15+ patients/day with full support staff and scribe access

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $625,000+ with competitive sign-on bonus
• Lucrative RVU production bonuses
• Relocation support up to $15,000, plus $7,000 annual CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Open to residents, fellows, and experienced urologists
• General urology required; subspecialty interests welcomed
• Visa sponsorship available for J1 and H1B candidates
