The Office Manager I (OM I) position plays an integral role within the WellStar Health System as they are a leader that integrates patient experience, operational effectiveness, cultural integration, and system outcomes. As a member of the WellStar Medical Group, the OM I is directly responsible for the overall office operations including directing daily clinical and business functions.

The OM I will plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day operations of a WellStar Medical Group practice. The OM I is also responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies associated with WellStar Health System and WellStar Medical Group. Additionally, the OM I will be responsible for practice specific regulations as it applies to their specialty.

Required Minimum Education: Associates General or Bachelors General-Preferred

Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience is Required or Completion of Wellstar Administrative Fellowship Required or Minimum of 4 years of management experience in lieu of a degree is Required
