This opportunity is for an Advanced Practice Provider - Physician position at the urgent care facility. The role requires a provider who can deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced environment serving patients across multiple Connecticut counties.

Job Details:

• Coverage needed across multiple counties including New Haven, Middlesex, New London, Windham, Tolland, Hartford, and Litchfield
• Emphasis on weekend coverage, with some weekday availability needed (particularly Mondays and Fridays)
• Provider must be willing to travel at least 45 minutes between locations
• Flexibility to split shifts between two locations in a single day
• Ability to adapt to last-minute schedule changes when necessary
• Local providers preferred to minimize travel complications
• Skills assessment required for: suturing/wound care, splinting, X-ray/EKG interpretation, phlebotomy, independent practice, and pediatric care
• Start date as soon as November 2025
