Trust And Safety Technical Program Manager

The Trust and Safety team is responsible for ensuring the trust and safety of Apple services through a combination of threat modeling, data-driven policy, and machine learning. To do so, we are seeking an expert in fraud and abuse on digital platforms such as account takeovers and spam. This role will help drive and support the evolution of the business, working in lockstep with internal and external business partners to rapidly build and deploy effective fraud-fighting solutions to production which is essential in our fight with fraudsters and abusers. It's a hands-on, cross-functional, highly-engaged job. No folks who like to observe from the sideline. A good PM is key to the success of the team and products. Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience with consumer-facing products.
• Experience in designing and operating highly distributed, scalable and available systems
• Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency, steadfast attention to details, persistent at follow up and demanding of quality.
• Consistent track record of running complex cross functional software projects that support applications and services
• International product development experience
• Proficiency in applying project management and collaboration tools
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience building and delivering client software, web and internet services
• Self-starting, self-directed, results producing and self-sufficient.
• Flexible and open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
• Experience working in a multifaceted, results driven environment.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) - Master's or MBA a plus.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
