Technical Program Manager

Our client, an exciting company in the automotive industry, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $75-$80 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead and implement initiatives, establishing standards and best practices to support organizational objectives.
• Leverage issue management processes for effective tracking, resolution, and reporting of issues and bug tickets.
• Coordinate planning functions, including quarterly and annual planning processes, resource allocation, and capacity management.
• Create and maintain execution reporting frameworks to track program progress and key performance indicators.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment through effective communication channels and regular stakeholder engagement.

What's Needed?

• BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering or program management with a focus on issue management and change management.
• Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional programs and rolling out new processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis.
