Treasury Associate

We are seeking a Treasury Associate who will play a crucial role in executing various Treasury tasks and activities. This position involves handling disbursements, processing Treasury requests, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Execute approved disbursements by transferring funds between company accounts and clients using Wires/ACH transactions.
• Process Treasury requests, including stop payments, recall/rejects, and positive pay exception processing.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to Treasury operations with internal partners.
• Follow corporate policies and procedures, including SOX compliance, to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Treasury operations, including wire transfer, payment posting, and funds transfer.
• Experience with stop payments, Journal Entry, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries related to Treasury operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
