Traveling Project Engineer

An industry-leading commercial construction company is seeking a Traveling Project Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited about the opportunity to travel to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in coordinating and executing commercial construction projects.
• Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to help ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on all job sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 13+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
