General Information:Beds:12 OR s20 Pre-Op bays14 PACU bays

Required Experience: 2 years of OR Level 1 or 2 trauma experience

100 Mile Radius Rule

(Urology/Neuro/Ortho/Robotic/General/Podiatry/ENT)Patient Ratios :OR 1:1Pre-Op 1:2PACU Phase I - 1:1 or 1:2, based on acuity. PACU Phase II - 1:2-3Required Certifications:CST:BLSCST-NBSTSA (Preferred)SFA:BLSmust hold one of the following certifications:CSFA (NBSTSA or NCCSA)SA-C, CSA or CRNFA (ASBA)SFA:

Case types;Davinci XI and Craniotomy experience is required for Trauma
