12-hour Night Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Call Requirement:

Rotating call, assigned based on unit needs
Baseline: ~1 weekday call every other week (as backup to night shift)
~1 weekend call shift per month (24 hours)
Additional call may be assigned depending on operational needs (per OR policy)
