About The Position
Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician Profession: Certified Surgical Technician Specialty: Certified Surgical Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 09:00 AM - 09:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR Surgical Technician experience in an acute care setting License: N/A Certifications: N/A Must-Have: Preferred specialty experience in Ortho, Vascular, Robot, and Plastics Description: Minimum 2 years of OR Surgical Technician experience in an acute care setting is required. Preferred specialty experience includes Ortho, Vascular, Robot, and Plastics. The position requires three weekends in-house/on-call per six-week schedule. The facility runs 14 operating rooms. Case volumes average 35-40 cases per day. The spectrum of cases includes outpatient and inpatient services. Primary cases involve General, GYN, Plastics, Ortho, and Bariatrics. Care is provided for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Meditech is used for EMR charting. OR scrubs are provided on-site.
