Coverage: May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address.

Hospice experience required, no exceptions

Homecare Homebase documentation experience required

Facility may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if they are willing to train.
