Job Requirements

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field; State licensure or certification as required for school social workers in Illinois.
Certifications Requirements: Valid State School Social Worker Certification or license.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in school settings, providing social work services to students.
Other Requirements: Ability to work full-time, with a focus on elementary campus coverage; FMLA coverage until 1/7/26, with potential extension for the entire school year; strong communication and interpersonal skills; background check clearance.
