Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 5 years of home health experience and an Oregon PT license for a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Home health setting providing therapy to patients in their homes
• General physical therapy assignments focused on improving patient function in home environments
• 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekends as needed
• Documentation is completed using HealthLand EMR
• Therapist-to-patient ratio is managed using an Acuity Measurement Tool
• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in the home setting to enhance functional ability
• Comprehensive orientation provided on department protocols, safety, technology, and hospital mission
• Dress code allows for scrubs in good condition or business-casual comfortable attire

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of physical therapy experience required
• Active Oregon PT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with HealthLand EMR preferred
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends
