POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will work under the guidance of a licensed occupational therapist to implement effective treatment plans aimed at helping patients develop, recover, or maintain essential daily living and work skills. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with therapeutic activities
• Documenting patient progress diligently
• Participating in collaborative care team discussions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a COTA
• Oregon State Healthcare Provider license required or willingness to obtain one

Necessary Certifications:

This position may require one or more of the following certifications: BLS
