Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104 – University City, a vibrant area with diverse dining, cultural attractions, and excellent public transportation. Ideal for candidates seeking Philadelphia radiology jobs.
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,260 - $2,430
• Employment Type: Local, W2
• Schedule: Overnight shifts – two 12-hour shifts (7:30pm-7:30am) and two 8-hour shifts (11:00pm-7:30am) per week

• Duration: 13-week contract
• Weekend/On-Call: No weekends or on-call required; holidays may be required during the work week

CT Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Proficiency with Siemens and GE CT scanners preferred
• Current ARRT (R) certification required
• Active Pennsylvania state radiologic technologist license
• Ability to work overnight shifts and required holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for clinical support

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
• Operate Siemens and GE CT scanners safely and efficiently
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the imaging process
• Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain electronic patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient care
