Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a day shift assignment in an outpatient orthopedic practice, requiring ARRT R, BLS, and MD state license.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an outpatient orthopedic practice
• Work with subspecialty providers in upper extremity, spine, lower extremity, sports medicine, and total joints
• Imaging often performed weight bearing or standing
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, start times vary between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Standard shift is 8 hours, ending around 3:30 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Modules completed during orientation and annually, tracked via HealthStream portal
• Imaging may require frequent weight bearing or standing positioning

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent X-Ray Tech experience required
• Current ARRT R and BLS certifications required
• Active Maryland state radiologic technologist license required
• License required if applicable
