• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 24 per week
• On-Call: Schedule determined by facility
• Weekend Schedule: To be determined by facility
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990-$2130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years (24 months) of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or compact state (RN jobs in Arizona)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
• No license hits or disciplinary actions
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (declinations considered with documentation)
• Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license are not eligible
• Must meet facility-specific background check requirements

PCU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care as a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care activities
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare compliance standards
