Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 36
Guaranteed Hours: 24 per week
Weekend/On-Call: Schedule determined by facility
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years (24 months) of recent PCU RN experience required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) – must be current at time of application
No license restrictions or disciplinary actions
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Flu vaccination required (declinations considered)
Must not have an Arizona home address on driver's license
Must meet Banner Health background and compliance requirements

PCU RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
Monitor and assess patients, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Accurately document patient care and nursing interventions
Respond to emergencies and deliver advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) as needed
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards
Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled
