Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years (strict)
First-time travelers accepted only with 3+ years of NICU experience

Weekend Requirement: As needed
Block Scheduling: Not available (weekend block may be considered; can be discussed during interview)
Local Radius Rule: Not accepted; must live 100+ miles away
Licensing: Pending licenses not accepted; all travelers must comply with NLC guidelines
RTO: All requests must be included at submission; no RTO will be considered after offer

Special Requirements:

BSN preferred
Must have NICU Level IV experience
Experience caring for well babies
Attend deliveries as the resuscitation nurse for newborns
