Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a long-term care environment.
Conduct assessments, monitor patient status, and document findings accurately.
Implement and update individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications safely and in accordance with protocols.
Oversee and support LPN and CNA colleagues in daily care activities.
Demonstrate strong communication, flexibility, and delegation skills in a team-based environment.

Requirements:

Active RN License (NY State required).
2+ years of Long-Term Care experience.
BLS Certification (AHA) – required.
