**Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (Contract Position)**

**Shift Details:**
- Days (7:00 AM - 19:00 PM, with potential for a 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM shift)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of ICU experience and a demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing critically ill patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices in medical care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions and needs in the ICU setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations

**Requirements:**
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Contract Details:**
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
