Job Requirements

2+ years of acute care experience (MedSurg, Maternal & Child, Critical Care, Pediatrics)
Current maternal child home health experience
Active New York RN License (Primary Source Verification required)
BLS (AHA) required
PALS (AHA) required
Home care experience required

Job Duties

Provide in-home nursing care for patients from newborn to 18 years old
Conduct newborn visits, which may also include care for the mother (counted as 2 patients)
Perform comprehensive maternal and child assessments
Deliver acute and preventive care in the home health setting
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Facility & Unit Details

Department: At Home – Home Care Administration
Patient population: Maternal & Child (newborn to 18 years, including postnatal mother care)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, no weekends required.
