Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (permanent MA RN license required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care for incoming patients

• Accurately document patient care and interventions in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions
