*** Emergency Department RN Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & EOW 36hrs. ***1.\tUnit Name: Emergency Department.2.\tBrief Unit Description: 65-Bed Emergency Department, pod-based, with separate pediatric pod and separate Acute Mental Health area. 3.\tYears of Experience Required: 2 years Emergency Nursing experience. 4.\tSkill Sets Required: General ED nursing skills including but not limited to: Assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking and patient education.5.\tClinician to Patient Ratio: 1:4.6.\tPatient Population: All. 7.\tBed Count: 65.8.\tCensus: 230 visits/day.9.\tEMR (Charting System): EPIC ASAP.10.\tFloating Required: Yes.11.\tRotating Shifts Required: Yes, for Day Rotate (7a-7p, 11a-11p, & 7p-7a) when requested. Rotation frequency: Low. Night position does not rotate.12.\tCertifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (preferred).13.\tAdditional Information: TNCC strongly preferred.
