Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of behavioral health nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting.
Population Expertise: Experience working with child, adolescent, and adult patients.
Certification: Active RN license (state or compact).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic documentation systems; Epic EMR experience required.
Travel: Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication, crisis management, and patient advocacy skills.
