We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to the architecture and implementation of our strategic migration from infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) to platform-as-a-service (PaaS). This role is critical to our cloud strategy to leverage more scalable, managed services that Azure offers.

• Design and develop enterprise-wide reference solution architecture designs with a focus on cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, analysist, and pilar leads to understand Architecture principles and standards.
• Implement best practices for solution design and deployment, including performance, reliability and security strategies.
• Provide expertise and leadership on making decisions regarding cloud architecture and service models.
• Drive innovation and stay current with the latest technologies and trends.
• Mentor and train team members on best practices and technology solutions.
• architecture requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Assess current architecture implementation standards to ensure they comply with Enterprise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Solution Architect
• Deep knowledge on Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and ability to lead transition from IaaS to PaaS.
• Experience designing and managing scalable secure architectures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
