Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution required.

Licensure/Certification:

Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MLS/MT) by the ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
Must meet CLIA requirements for high-complexity testing personnel.
Eligible for or currently holding a Wisconsin state license, if applicable.

Experience:

Minimum 5 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
New graduates with strong clinical internship experience will also be considered.
