Compensation (Union Scale – Non-Negotiable):

At Hire: $30.18/hr
After 1 Year: $33.86/hr
After 2 Years: $35.78/hr
After 3 Years: $37.87/hr

Incentives:

Sign-On Bonus:
- $5,000 for a 2-year commitment
- $10,000 for a 3-year commitment
- $15,000 for a 4-year commitment
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Schedule:

Multiple shift options available: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Evenings/Nights: 1 position
Days/Evenings: 3 positions
Weekends: Required on a rotating basis (1–2 weekends/month when fully staffed)
Call: Not required
